  2. That’s great information Bobbi!
    I too like to listen to a meditation or hypnotic cd before falling asleep. My favorite is to put lavendar oil in my bath water and spray a lavendar scented linen spray on my pillow and bed spread. I find that this helps to relax me so I can fall asleep easier. Thanks! Terra
